We had an unexpected visit to the doctors earlier this evening. Little Sponge slipped, fell, and hit his forehead on the corner of our baseboard. It was a small cut, but pretty deep. The doctor said it was clear through all the skin and when he looked into it he was seeing the fascia that covers the skull. Yikes! Little Sponge was SUCH a good patient. He just layed there and talked a little as they were gluing his forehead back together. We gave him some mint chocolate chip ice cream as a treat when we came home :) Now he keeps saying "Dr V glued my head back together like a puzzle". Cutie pie.
The pictures were all taken after he was glued back together. I didn't take any when he was bleeding all over!
